Offering a variety of Online Gymnastics classes for children
Online Taster sessions
While our facilities remain closed due to social distancing measures, we are offering our acrobatic gymnastics classes online (in keeping with British Gymnastics guidelines). Children can do these at home as our coaches instruct and guide them. The purpose of these classes is to keep building core strength and maintain kids’ flexibility and agility. This way, we won’t lose progress until we can resume practice in our Eynsham gym.

How it works
While we would normally provide all the assets and props, your child can do these classes without any equipment at all. We sometimes use things from around the house to mix it up and make it fun. The key is to have some soft floorspace (carpet or a mat).
All our classes are safe for children to do at home. They are playful ways to maintain what they have already learnt. We might go on scavenger hunts, learn new dance routines or use household items (such as a loo roll) to work on strength, flexibility and coordination.
